What do you think about this certification?
Can you propose me any good books for preparation?
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Is there a certification for MySQL? And even if that exist, do you think will make sense as now Sun is Oracle?

I dont know whether this certification is good for you or not...the book you can use to prepare for it is :

MySQL® 5 Certification Study Guide By Paul DuBois, Stefan Hinz, Carsten Pedersen
Publisher: Sams Publishing
ISBN: 0-672-32812-7

you'll only have to read a few chapters from this book to clear the Associate certification, to find out which chapters you need to read do some searching on the web...
I am preparing through this book for the MySQL developer certification..
