Hi

1) The gpf from your fragment means: "gpf A General Protection Fault (GPF) occurs."

2) Note you should enable full core dump to get accurate info, right now you're getting partial info:

"Enable full CORE dump" in smit is set to FALSE and as a result there will be limited threading information in core file.

This is turned on at operating system level.

3) You should inspect for details of the problem the files which are listed and which are generated by WebSphere:
System dump written to /wasapp/passport/core.20131121.164849.11665522.0001.dmp
Java dump written to /wasapp/passport/javacore.20131121.164849.11665522.0002.txt
Snap dump written to /wasapp/passport/Snap.20131121.164849.11665522.0003.trc

There is a tool named IBM Support Assistant (ISA) which helps to analyze these files via GUI. After you install ISA, you should update it via online updater to install add-ons (plugins) for specific files types (ISA itself is just empty generic workbench)

Refer MustGather documents from IBM support web site on which add-ons can help you.

NOTE: ISA works on Windows and Linux platforms only, download the dumps to your local workstation via FTP and analyze locally.

MZ
