Hi,
I am novice in java card programming and i wat to know how to send data from card (witch stored in the apdu command) to a data base

I have not done this, but I can tell this will not be a trivial Java program. The things you will need to know are how to use the Java Card API (http://www.win.tue.nl/pinpasjc/docs/apis/jc222/), and some kind of Java database access, like JDBC (http://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/jdbc/).
