I am new at this awesome forum. I have been installing a GoDaddy SSL on Tomcat 7 Running on a Windows Server 2003. The SSL Port 8443 is working on localhost i.e., https://localhost:8443 is working, but when I tried accessing it from outside with domain name or Public IP, It Returns Connection Refused. I also checked the port from outside, and found out that port 8443 is closed. However, Port 8000 i.e., HTTP is Working Properly. The following is my connector file.

Can Anybody Please Help.

Hello,

Please check you firewall rules. You may also try to connect to other open ports on your machine to see if they work when connecting from the outside.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
