Hi Team,

I want to overload just error(..) of Logger (Logger does not define it, its basically coming from org.apache.log4j.Category) in log4j.
Idea is I want to allow developer to add additional argument in error method which I will use it for some modification on object and call super.error(..)
one way I know is to create wrapper around Logger, but I want to rather extend Logger and overload method. I tried doing it but log4j does not recognize or create instance of MyLogger and returns Logger instance.

Any inputs?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
