Hello All,

Currently my application involves Applets for sign-in which involves importing certificate on client machine, uploading private key-file & other credentials.

We need to replace applets so that client can get ride of Java plug-in dependency, can someone share a link having thoughts on similar activity or give some direction?

Thanks.

Sign in for what? A web application? Locally run code?

Web apps using SSL can provide sign-on security without the need for client-side certificates.

Thanks for your reply...
It's a web app, I just started on this issue, and your reply is helpful.
