I have an android. it is a tracfone. I get limited everything for $20/3mo. my talk and text don't run out but my data does. I don't use it for internet so why is my data running out? it must be some apps I can turn off. any suggestions?

You can't necessarily turn them off, or in some cases you may be able to, but it wouldn't be a good idea. You can see how much data each app uses under Settings -> Data usage. There you can also restrict individual apps to WiFi only (so they don't use up your mobile data allowance).

thanks Tim, i had thought that since i turned WIFI on it would only use WIFI. i see now i have to control each app that way.
