The mandatory attributes for the manifest.mf are listed by Knudsen: Wireless Java, page 37 and 39 in 2nd Edition:

  • MDIlet-Name
  • MIDlet-Version
  • MDIlet-Vendor
  • MIDlet-n
  • MicroEditon-Configuration
  • MicroEditon-Profile

  • The mandatory attributes for the jad-file are
  • MIDlet-Jar-URL
  • MDlet-Jar-Size
  • .

In both cases there are optional attributes.
