Hi everybody! I was wondering if anyone has taken an on-line college level programming class? I'm thinking about taking a class that is also a prerequisite to get into a Masters program for a MS in Computer Information Systems. The name of the course is Survey of Programming logic with Java. I'm pretty new to programming in general and my degree is in History. Just wondering if anyone had an opinion. j

I recently came across some information at IBM regarding their online Java course. Some of these courses are free and some are not. Atleast, it might be worth your time to check it out.
The url is http://www.ibm.com/java/academic/.
