can not see tomcat localhost page when disconnect from internet or lan

Hi there
I can not see my localhost page when i am disconnected with lan or internet. when i am connected i can see.
I dont understand why is that so. I think on local machine i should be able to see localhost page without internet or lan.

What exactly do you mean by "I can not see my localhost page". Did you get any error messages? Did Tomcat start properly? Did you check log files?

its cannot find the url. when i connect to lan then it works fine and there is nothing in log.

How you are accessing it? Using localhost or IP address or name_of_the_computer. If you use other than localhost, it may not work if your computer is not connected with LAN/internet.
