I have a hyperlink and when click on the hyperlink, a new window is opened.
The part I don't know how to implement is I need to pre-populate data to the new window based on the input on the hyperlink.
Can someone pls. show me how to do it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

you will need to use javascript for sending the value to the page.
If you search for this in the javascript forum you should find a number of solutions
