ActionListener does not fire on commandLink

I am using primefaces...I have simple code of commanlink....


and inside actionlistener



but actionListener does not get called...

please help me..

Can you try removing the evt in this line?



Also check the scope of your bean.

I tried by removing "evt" from line..but still it does not fire action listener..And my bean is in session scope...

How did you remove evt from the line ?
use following code for that:


if still not work ckeck where the component in the h:form or not

else check if there are any errors occurs by attaching h:message for the given component .
