Is their any other enterprise application integrated Activity as a part of application ? Just like Alfresco.

Yes, I know several projects/enterprise applications are using Activiti as their workflow engine.
I don't have a list of applications available for you but includes for example: Liferay (http://www.emforge.net/web/activiti-liferay), OpenBravo (http://forge.openbravo.com/projects/activiti/module), Mule (http://www.mulesoft.com/cloud-connectors/activiti-bpm-integration).
