Are you looking for a Disassembler, or just something that will list the entry points of a DLL? Are you intending to write this tool in Java (which would probably not be the best language for the job, I would imagine).
From the client machine browser I want to read the particular DLL file which is stored in the client machine.
My application is developed using java technologies. Can you please share if we have any possible solutions.

You can certainly read a file in the sense that you can get at its bytes - not sure if that helps you. If you want to do this in the browser, then you'd need to use a signed applet (in order to be allowed access to the client-side file system) and of course know exactly where the file is stored and how it's named (and hope that the account that runs on the client machine is allowed access to that file to begin with). Or you can write a web app where the user uploads the file to your server. Neither way sounds appealing, though, as users shouldn't be bothered with such system details.
What is the underlying problem you're trying to solve?

The DLL file stored in the client machine is having some data which is required for my application. I want to get the data stored into the DLL file from my browser. My question is how to read the data stored into the DLL file. Do we have any specific API in java apart from the JNA.
