Java based development team to build the next generation model and data management and configuration features in our industry-leading LMS Imagine.Lab product suite and achieve high quality and on-time delivery.

Job Description
You will be performing all of the SDLC steps for individual features of the product and creating, documenting and executing software designs for these features.
You will understand the high level requirements and convert them into detailed functional requirements and contribute individually or in a team as needed to meet the critical requirements of these assignments.
You will also participate in developing the overall software architecture and prepare detail level software design, maintain existing software code and resolve critical customer issues and internally reported problems.
You should be able to write clean, robust and maintainable code to minimize the cost of defects over time and follow the various steps in the SDLC process including writing design documents and coding.
Minimum requirements
At least 3 year(s) of software development experience
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming
Strong skills in Core Java
Experience with relational database and XML
Experience in the following is a positive advantage:
JSP,
J2EE, Swing, Hibernate
Excellent grasp of standard SDLC and understanding of software development process.
Good experience of using source control systems
Strong motivated individual capable of adapting to an exceedingly dynamic environment.
A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proven track record of accepting responsibility and meeting commitments
Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural multi-national team
Education: Computer Engineering degree (BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA) from institutes like IITs, NITs preferred
