Which web framework to choose here, Hmmm?

I hate freedom of choice, I love when someone makes the decision. Anyways, it's up to me for this application. It's mostly just a web app that has a chat aspect. I was thinking either Spring MVC or Struts2 , but Wicket keeps lingering in my mind. I love the way component stuff can work, I just feel action based would be much more straight forward.

basically simple CRUD , with a chat that will work with websockets hopefully, and polling as a failback.

I know this isn't alot to go off of, but how does Spring MVC compare to Struts2, to me in many ways they are very similar. Also for things like wicket, are they popular these days? Or sorta frowned upon?

Thank you

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
