Looking for a refernce book that will guide me to build real world complex Java web applications

I am looking for a reference book to understand how complex application are developed, and what are do's and don'ts, what should be considered while designing packing structure, Model,Business and view.

Not sure how helpful it would be but I'd try and look at Udemy - They have basically the online version of books and an interactive option to speak with others on the same course as you. The lectures are ran very well with easy contact to the lecturer so you can get a good understanding to what you are after.

Very subjective question.
Difficult to fins such book as developing every complex application is not same.

Yes I do agree all applications are not developed in same way, but I need one such application for reference.

What about some Java Architect certification books? You will also have the chance to try the certification as well, not to mention that you'll learn a lot.
