I have been trying to realize my next goal after SCEA.

Here are couple of options I am looking at Togaf, ITIL and COBIT 5.

I guess there is some overlapping between them but researching on the major differences.

TIA
Rahul

I think that your goal should not be on certifications now. The world is changing. As an architect nowadays you are required to know Cloud, Mobility, Infrastructure and Big Data. Try to get more knowledge on these areas.
