Management Center-Dialog Activity Issue with abandoned cart emails

Hi All,


Pretty new to Websphere commerce...Still learning many things I am facing issues with my abandoned cart email triggering dialog activity.Our activity is set up to send email to customer having abandoned cart for more than 3 days.This activity was working fine
initially until recently we modified the content of an email template which was sent to the customer.The modification was very small and just a html change to the email template.Not sure how it impacted the dialog activity but the "Send Email Activity"
job that sends abandoned cart emails everyday is running multiple times everyday now.As a result customers are getting multiple abandoned cart emails triggered at the same time.

Any leads to this problem is highly appeciated.
