I Just wanted to know, Does IT companies support/fund full time higher education courses?

In case of me, my company doesn't support full time.
So is there any way to convenience them?

Some do, some don't. My company will re-imburse me for classes up to some dollar amount (not sure what), and will pay for others up-front if there is a business case for it. The latter are generally the "one week, 8hrs a day" kind of classes, not a University class.

You will probably find the answer varies for each and every company.

Why should they? If you are working full time for them, you are unlikely to be able to be a full time student. Some employers (like mine) fund a part time degree. I took 2 classes most semesters for graduate school.
