java.lang.NoClassDefFoundErrorI error received running simple Java program in Netbeans. Program compiles OK - the not found class is com.ibm.mq.MQQueueManager - I have which contains MQQueueManager class and obviously is found OK because there are no compile errors. But runtime it cannot find this class. Using Netbeans 8.0.2 to compile and run the project. This project has com.ibm.mq.jar configured as a library.

Welcome to the Ranch

I am surprised the program compiled if the requisite class was not available. What happens when you compile that program from the command line/terminal and run it there? How did you add that MQ jar to the classpath?
