Hello first time posting a question on java hope my explanation is enough to understand. I have looked for general file opening and that has not worked for me trying to open windows themes. i know they are in C:\Users\My Account\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\Theme name. I also want to open the files so that i can change the color of the taskbar on the bottom of the windows desktop. I want to know if it would be better to change the 'ColorizationColor' and somehow refresh my current theme or to change the theme to a similar theme with everything the same except the taskbar color. If one is better then im not sure how to A) refresh the current theme or B) open a new one. Thanks to anyone who can help this odd question.
