Can I still read Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java EE Study Guide by Mark Cade and Humphrey Sheil for OCMJEA-6 certification? I compared the topics from the book with certification objectives and they are almost matching.

Yes that book can do. But still need other resources for specific topics. For design patterns consult Adam Bien "Real World Java EE Patterns" book.
