Thank you for the warm welcome!
It has been a while since we did a book promo on this ranch.
I am looking forward to some interesting questions from ranchers and city slickers.
I aim to be right here until High Noon on Friday.

Hi,

I have read this book and it is awesome!. I think i found different from other book is that review question start when one or more topic finished. (No need to wait to finish whole chapter)
For me i feel this is better. And also date and time API chapter is very well done. And all the question are new and different!. And every chapter has on average 15-20 question.

Now if they mozy over to the book website, they might find some nuggets to nail that nasty exam. :-)

Anyone have any input on the degree of difficulty of the mock exam(s) contained in the book as compared to the actual test?

I have not taken the OCAJP8 certification exam yet, but based on my experience with the OCAJP7 certification exam I would say the mock exam from this study guide is a little bit easier than the actual exam. Regardless of the difficulty of the mock exam of this study guide (or any other study guide), I would always recommend the Enthuware mock exams. It offers excellent value for money! And it's commonly known that Enthuware mock exams are (a bit) harder than the actual exam.

Hope it helps!
Kind regards,
Roel
