Removing xml tag from response return by an Axis2 Web Services

I am new in Java WebServices and I would like to know how to customized my Web Services response to my client I have a Web Services running in Tomcat Axis2.
And the response message captured from SOAPUI is as follow:-



Is it possible to return the response like below:-



Following is my java class:-

Why does the format of the response matter? Any potential client would normally generate it's code from the WSDL, making it irrelevant how the response is structured.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
