No it doesn't Ralf. It doesn't really focus on any tools at all.
RSpec and Ruby on Rails are used in the examples. But it's not an RSpec Ruby on Rails book either.
I am not a fan of the focusing on the tools because the tools change so quickly and they don't really matter.
My goal for the book is to turn you into such a tester that once know the basics and the fundamentals, the tools themselves don't really matter.
At that point you can use any tool. It's just a means to an end.
