Use weblogic workshop which is the weblogic customization of Eclipse.

Do you use MyEclipse ?
It is not directly possible to use EJB's under normal eclipse.
At my former job we used MyEclipse for the Weblogic server.
But I would recommend to use Weblogic Workshop for the Weblogic platform 9.2 aswell. It is actully eclipse fittet by BEA to be used together with the weblogic platform.
And it is free to use when you are evaluating it or you have bought a weblogic server.
