how to save all the eclipse settings for importing projects

hello all
im looking for away to export / save the over all projects in eclipse or project individually .
in such way that when i some one else load/import the project it will contain all the project settings
including :
all the classpath settings and the include jars
all the eclipse variables i set
order of the libraries
in short over all eclipse snapshot
this all does not saved with teh .project file
is there any way to do this ?

the .project and .classpath files are located in the root of each project. By default they are not sent to version control, but you can if you like.
