How do I get values from previous html?

Hi!
I'm trapped by this probelm for a long time. I want to A.html transfer two parameters into B.html. I want to set the value of textfields in B.html with these two values. How can I do it?

I'd known that how to transfer parameters. But I do not know how to use them. My html is just like the folloing text:
