write out image using Javascript

Hi. I am using Javascript to write out images retrieved from a folder (using JSP). The script executed well until when it came to a for loop to document.write out images in html where the script within the for loop, doesn't execute. I have added a document.write("Hi, ") and nothing was output out.

I have to link it because the code tag here doesn't seem to recognize the '<' and '>' tags in my codes and it would be too troublesome to go through the whole codes and change every tag to fit the requirements.

For the folder, let's presume the folder is found and the images are found that contain the images.
