Thanks to all of you. I had to wait 3 weeks+1 day before I got my results.
I had 1 class diagram (23 classes), 1 component diagram (12 components), 4 sequence diagram.
In component diagram I didn't show any SPECIFIC JSP, EJB, DAO's. I created high level components and established the dependency between those components.
Sequence Diagrams were just the main use cases, I didn't do any seq diagram for alternative scenarios.

I have some doubts, may be you might help me to solve them.
did you have classes for the Business Delegate or classes for presentation tier classes in your class diagram?
Cade's book seems only to show business objects and Session Fa�ades.
