Hi All,

Currently im preparing for SCWCD 1.4 exam.Im referring to SCWCD exam study kit (2nd edn) - Deshmukh & Malavia. Is it enough if i get familiar with this book?.Or else i need to go thru some other book also to understand the concepts better?.Those who have already cleared their exam or have some idea on this plz help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Priya.

Hello,
I am not sure about the book you have mentioned but Head First Servlet and JSP is really good. Also try to do as much mock exams as you can. Althout H&F + mock exams are enough for the exam you may want to look into the specs for the topics that you find difficult to understand.

Hope it helps.

I have gone through with both books(HFS & SCWCD Exam kit) ,Scwcd Exam kit is also good book but apart from that book you must read servlet spec and some more inforamtion about patterns.

All the best
