Expiration date for SCJP?
Is there any expiration date set for the exams? I had passed SCJP way back in 2003, so does that mean I need to renew or appear for SCJP again to do SCWCD?

Thanks,
Janhavi.

Yes, every year, or you'll get hung by Sun
No, it's ok, you don't have to. There's no validity limit. To go for SCWCD, all you need is SCJP(and some coffee), any version will do.

I think validity of your voucher is expired..
For SCWCD you need to clear SCJP first.

Before take another exam, talk to Sun in order to resolve you problem.
I have a friend who had this "Expirable Certification" and he got change by another one without the need of thaking any exam.

Do that.

Regards,

Mauricio.
