Recent changes in exam pattern for JCP exam

I read from the sun site that they have changed the pattern for the JCP exam recently (i.e. 5th october or so..). which they say is not much clear.
Can some body through light on whats extra to study for the exam and what exactly are the changes. and also info about any sites offerring mock exams.
