access modifier and return type with constructor

Can somebaody tell why I am able to compile a code with a constructor having return type and access modifier or (either one). Still it would be a contructor or become method.

u guessed it right !!
if u ll use any other modifier with the constructor , other than acess modifier , then it wont be construtor anymore , it ll become method , which happens to hav a same name as class

Hi Farroq,
A method with the same name of the class along with void return type is also not a constructor...
