Can someone tell what the precedence of the operators would be:

is there one rule for all, or it would depend on the situation.

also, not sure how throwing in +=, -= ... would behave if we throw it in the mix.

Please take a look at Roedy Green's Precedence Table. Then perhaps you can be a little more specific when asking your questions.
