Hi ranchers,
I have developed a commercial program using Swing and JDBC with SQL Server 7.0 under Win2k. Now i need to install that program in my client's machine and want that my program keeps itself in the system tray as an icon and when clicked starts....
I think i have to use C or C++ codes and call that from my Java Program from JNI. I have no experience of JNI but know C/C++ a little bit. I want a short tutorial on JNI, its advantages and disadvatages and if possible some sample codes so that i can implement in my machine. I also wanna know how u ppl learned the steps of JNI?
Any light for me?....
