not able to receive mails

hi

i am trying to read the mails from my account using javamail api(using pop3 server),
i am getting a message "the user name and passwrd are not correct"

i feel that any encoding is required for my username and password.
i don't know the exact problem why it was not alowing me to access the mails though my program
