Can someone please clarify this for me? I was looking through labor department services for unemployed workers and came across this page, http://www.doleta.gov/h-1b "The H-1B Technical Skills Grant Training Program". Am I reading this right that there's actually a grant to train H-1B visa holders?
Im genuinely interested to know the answer. Thanks
H-1B Skill grants are used for developing and operating high skill training programs for unemployed and employed workers. These grants are financed by fees paid by employers who bring skilled foreign workers into the U.S. under H-1B nonimmigrant visas.
