Hi

I am working for an Indian company since more than 5 years. Company is based in hyd and I am presently onsite at US. I also worked onsite at Singapore with this company for a long time. But for a change, now I am planning to go back to India and settle either in pune or mumbai. I have seen lots of posts on this topic but thought of asking myself in this forum.

What are the best companies to look for in mumbai and pune ?
I have 8 years of experience(java), planning my PMP in another 3-4 months.
Looking for job stability, good working culture.

Thanks,
Afroz

In Mumbai, you can get excellent salaries + good work at Lehman Brothers.
In Pune, Symantec/Veritas and Amdocs gives great salaries.
Persistent,Pune gives good salary+nice work+nice culture.

Thanks all for the information.
I think only indian companies provide job security.

How is Accenture, every second day I get mails from Accenture ?

Also, how is Kanbay package wise?
Thnx,
Afroz

Hi,

One quick question I have. How much salary should I expect or quote given my 7 years of experience in java??

Reason why I am asking is, as you know when you stick to one company for around 6 years, your salary doesn't grow that much.

Please let me know if anyone has any inputs on this?

Thnx,
Afroz
