I am talking about all the companies like CA ,IBM ,Wipro,Verizon ,Iflex etc. ,List can go on .
Whether company reveals the reason of leaving in such case or whether company give his documents (e.g. relieving ,experience letter) If the person has worked for a significant period of time.
I am talking in the context of India Where Background checks are done usually after person joins the company instead of doing it before to joining.
