Accenture has opened its 10th centre on Monday in Gurgaon, with 1,100 seats to begin with, said Haviland. This is the first time the company has looked at NCR in many years of presence in India.

From today's Times of India

Thanks Ankur, I have checked the PM.

Thankfully companies have started looking for NCR region as that region has dearth of IT companies.and North indians have to travel all round india AND globe to look for good job.better late than never

Thanks for the reply. Where you think the upcoming IT companies will go? Noida or Gurgaon? Infrastucture wise which is more likely the place to relocate?

Current trend is for Gurgaon though basic infrastructure is not good in Gurgaon however boom in realestate there is attracting most of the companies. NOIDA has better infrastructure but lack of space and high property prices failed to attract MNC's there. My personal preference is for NOIDA.

I think ericcson has started it's office way back in 2003-04, and already got a lot of people recruited there.

Sury,
Personally speaking I like being in noida for better infra and living conditions, but due to Govt policies, Ggn is attracting more MNC's than Noida.
So just go for the companies irrespective of where they are.
Fiserv, Induslogic in noida could also be a gud option for you.
Even if you want to plan for future like investing in real estate, and thats why thinking on these lines, these conditions dont matter much. company should be the priority.

Cheers
Vivek
