Problem with TomCat Server!!

Hello Folks,
our customer is facing some problem,he is trying to access our application (basically a jsp) when he enters the url , to access the application
he is thrown a dialog box to download the page, instead of displaying the page in the browser.

the configuration is tomcat webserver .server is up and running
can you pls revert back as soon as possible, as its in client production server.

is the server running normal apache httpd too? it sounds like the .jsp file type isn't setup correctly in apache.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
