I'm having trouble figuring out how to go about displaying the photos. I have 7 button GUI implementing ActionListener. I'm not using Swing.

public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent ae) {
String label = ae.getAvtionCommand();
if (label.equals("Button 1")) {
//display picture 1
}
if (label.equals("button 2")) {
//display picture 2
}
...
}

Thanks Manfred, I appreciate the specifics. I'm studying for certification, but I'm not that familar with the API. Thanks again Mike.
