My expectations from the book are in the following :
- No typo
- Easy to understand
- The mock exam should be as similar as possible with the real exam
- provide sample code and source code in the publisher's web site
- Available via Amazon

Hi Sathya, can we get the table of content from the book ?

Hi Vassili,

OK, so there is no definitive book for the SCMAD -- but are there materials that covers parts of the exam requirements?
If anyone here undertook the exam -- what did you guys use?

Hi,

For those waiting for the book, thanks! We have completed all the formalities (finally!). The book should hopefully be published within the next few weeks (if not sooner). As of now, the hope is to get it out either this month or early next.

I will post an update once I get the final word.

We have tried to ensure that there are as little mistakes as possible. That said, it is quite possible that we may have missed some (tends to happen even if (or especially if) you keep going through the same material a hundred times!).

The published is Tata McGraw Hill, the India wing of McGraw Hill. I don't know the e-availability of the book yet, but will post information here as soon as I get them.

The tentative date is mid-December at this point.

The book is intended to be sold via Amazon as well. However, the timing may differ slightly. I will post an update once the dates are finalized (which should be in the next week or two).

I meant did you check my reply regarding your name?

According to the policy , you can have your name as GR Parandhaman, but not the current one since it has initials for last name.
Please read my PM once again and if you still have any doubts, let me know.
