Are there any questions on the SCJA exam that relate to how java primitives and objects memory are allocated on the stack/heap?

or any questions in general about the stack and heap?

No, you won't see anything that complex on the SCJA exam. Stack and heap? No, I've never heard of that being mentioned on the exam.

Stack and Heap is mentioned in the SIA training lessons, good question, I was wondering the same thing.

Quite often the Sun courses are put together by people more interested in developing a training course than they are at helping you focus on the exam. If it's not on the exam objectives list, it won't be on the exam. Focus on those objectives!
