Hi,
Let's say if someone have some fabulous and unique idea about internet software but doesn't have programming knowledge. So in order to implement idea he will needs programmers. If he hire sub-contractors to do work, how he can protect his software that way so his sub-contract programmer can not reuse his product or they can not sell to other companies. Is there any law form he can use for sub-contractor so he can not misuse it? OR Is it good idea to hire programmers for his company?

Thank You,
Angela

You can patent the idea. But the industry is full of patent trolls too.

I'd look for a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property.
