I had a problem here on my machine and win seven restored starting at an earlier point to everything I had done. As we have a versioned (TFS), it crashed, since the date of July recover the win was prior to him. Well until then, it was just remove and reinstall the TFS again. It turns out that the Eclipse was no longer accepting install it. We do that through a TFS plugin for Eclipse. Well, thinking it starts all over again would be the best option, I downloaded a new Eclipse (Helios SR2) and went to work installing everything again. Now do not install TFS nor JBoss Tools (My only recognizes the eclipse JBoss 5 and 6 need to cheat with this tool installed). In JBoss Tools gives error. As for TFS that I see here, now theoretically should not give error when installing JBoss Tools. This is the link of Tools:
JBoss Tools 3.2 - Stable Release - http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/helios/

that might just be a network issue.
See if you load http://dl.google.com in a browser then try again.
