Benbria BlazeCast® empowers organizations with accountability, escalation and resolution of routine tasks and critical issues by enabling faster delivery and response to vital information through cross-media communications.

Due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced System Administrator / Programmer / Architect with extensive experience in deploying and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications with multiple system components and integration efforts. This is a newly created position.

Responsibilities
Perform advanced scripting and automation (Bash)
Linux/Unix administration
Networking (TCP/IP, subnet, VLAN, DNS, Firewalls, NAT)
Administer, monitor and optimize the overall application and its’ individual components and servers
Responsible for high availability configurations and Load balancing configurations
Configure SSH, x509 certificates and manage security access control
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems
Data center operation
Disaster recovery setup

Qualifications
Experience with Python scripting
Experience in network infrastructure design
Experience using Ubuntu, RedHat
Experience with Virtualization (including automation)
Experience working with Oracle databases and SAN/NAS
Experience with capacity planning and load generation
Experience with VoIP telephony (SIP, PBX, CTI)
Ability to interpret RFCs
Experience troubleshooting network protocols (e.g. using Wireshark)

The ideal candidate is someone who is versatile and boasts a wide range of experience working with enterprise applications and has excellent interpersonal skills. You have experience working under pressure and have a history of creative problem solving. You like working in a small yet hard working team and want to take on the challenge of a newly created position within a fast-growing, vibrant startup.
