Which java framework is flexible for coding ,maintenance,productivity
I had developed webapplication using
struts1.x
Hibernate+jsp
Jsp+servlets+javabean

but moreover hibernate is flexible for me,because mapping sql tables as pojo files
kindly suggest

You can't compare these. For example, there's no overlap between Hibernate and Struts. You should start by asking what tasks you would like a framework do for you; then you can start comparing and selecting them.

For general tasks, I'd use a general tool - JPA is probably fine.
